Settings > Battery > 3-Dot Menu Button > Battery saver (1,2,3)
Set to “OFF“

No need to change these settings by default. But they will affect the application functions if changed by user.

Data Usage

1. Settings > Data usage > mobile data (1,2)
   Set to “ON“
2. Settings > Set mobile data limit (1,2) 
   Set to “OFF“
3. Settings > Data usage > System Service > Restrict app background data (1,3,4)
   Set to “OFF“

App Permission

1. Settings > Apps > More > System Service
   Set to “ON“
