Record Surroundings

Record Surroundings Command:

With this feature, kindly try to send 1 command for recording at a time. If a command is running on the device and recording is in progress, you will keep sending more commands, the app will not entertain them, and those commands will be useless. It will only record the surroundings for the latest command. Moreover, if a recording is in progress and you send a new command, that command will not be captured by the app.

Recording Files not Uploading:

• Kindly allow 24 hours for upload.
• Check the Internet connection on the target device.
• Check SD card availability on the target device.

Call Recording

Uploading issue:

• Kindly allow 24 hours for upload.
• Check the Internet connection on the target device.
• Check SD card availability on the target device.

One-Sided call recording:

In this case, we need you to understand that this issue is not occurring due to anything related to our application. This is a renowned issue on Android devices, and all monitoring apps face this issue.

The issue basically occurs due to the firmware settings of the target device. The firmware disables the mic APIs when the target picks up a call, thus causing the recording to be one-sided only.

In this case, we can not guarantee which device will work, as every Smartphone provider has custom firmware settings from the manufacturer according to demand.

Distortion in the voice of recorded files:

• Check that the device’s mic is in proper working condition.
• Kindly download the files to PC and then listen via a recommended media player (VLC Media Player).
