phone calls with android 10

Hi,

I installed Copy9 on my child's device.  It is Android 10.

I received an email earlier saying the users tracking target devices with Android 10 will not access the phone call recordings.

 

Any update on this?

 

Also, could you please tell me when this issue is expected to be resolved?

  Hi,

  Thanks for your email.

  With call history, it works well.

  With phone call recording, it depends on what Brand of your child's device.  We are verifying and will soon announce what brand we do not support (for this feature phone call recording) at session Troubleshooting \ Media Features.

  I also got the same error of this feature. I then rooted the device, Copy9 call recording function worked fine.

  Would you please tell me how to root myself the target device?

  It is a must before using the app?

  Hi Suda,
  I rooted my phone before reinstalling the Copy9 app.
  I learned how to root my Samsung Note8 phone using the guide link here.
  After successfully rooting the phone, I reinstalled the Copy9 application and started using the call recording function without any more errors.
