Device Health Icon
Hi Team,
I have tried installing the new version on the app. Which says as Device Health Icon.. have done the essential things as per the Samsung 8x and restarted the device again.. but now I cannot see any data sync at all..
Is the Icon i see is correct as device health. And why I'm not seeing data log update at all now.. when I have done all essential things

If you have enabled all the permissions requested by the app, your device may not be compatible with the app.
Currently, for some Samsung devices, the same error is also encountered due to not getting the correct IMEI of the device. We are working on fixing this as soon as possible.
Can you provide the first 4 characters of the IMEI number in cPanel my.copy9.com?
Here's how to get the IMEI number:
Step 1: Go to https://my.copy9.com
Step 2: Log in to your account
Step 3: Click Device Setting => Device Info, then you will see the IMEI number.
