Keylogger doesn't work while all other features work fine
Hi, I don't know what changed but the keylogger part of this stopped working a few days ago. I thought it may have needed some time to update but everything else is working fine consistently. Can someone fix this from your side or tell me how to fix it? I can access the phone when needed. Thank you.

Hi, If other features work properly, only Keylogger feature does not work, there are 2 reasons as follows:
Reason 1: You have Keylogger sync disabled in Dashboard https://my.copy9.com
Reason 2: Target device user accidentally disabled Accessibility permission on the target device
If your problem is in the second case, then you find a way to re-enable Accessibility for the target device, the Keylogger feature can work well again.
How to enable Accessibility permission in many separate ways according to each type of separate phone device, such as Samsung, OPPO, Vivo, Xiaomi, etc. You can find how to turn on Accessibility permission in the article on how to install the copy9 application here.
Instructions for accepting Accessibility permission for the Copy9 app on the target device:
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Search with the keyword "Accessibility" then click on the item named Accessibility
Step 3: Look at the bottom and select the "Installed services" or "Download apps" category and then click open.
Step 4: Click "Accessibility" and turn it on. It is done.
Note: Please do not turn on "Accessibility shortcut"
